Our Progressive Training Concepts Studio is a room filled with innovative and exciting equipment. With a Personal Trainer you will be able to try lots of new things that you never thought you could do!

TRX Suspension Training

Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

Heavy Weighted Ropes

A heavy rope workout is a fantastic way to work out whole body, increasing both your strength and endurance. The concept is simple. Two lengths of heavy rope, the end of each one held in your hand, the other end attached to the wall with you swinging the ropes in different ways. Might not sound like much, but you’ll be suprised at the intensity of a heavy rope workout, and very pleased with the results! The benfits include increased stength, flexibility and endurance – all from swinging a bit of rope!

Tires

One of the items our trainers love to use are tires. We have a few different ones that they work with and sometimes you will be flipping, throwing, benching or doing pushups with them!

Sledge Hammers

Get some agression out when swinging a sledge hammer against a big tire! The benefits of integrating sledgehammers into your workout include improved work capacity, increased power and coordination in your non-dominant arm, enhanced grip and greater strength in your forearms and core muscles.

Kettlebells

You can use kettlebells for most exercises traditionally involving dumbbells or barbells, as well as to increase the difficulty of free-weight exercises. Kettlebells can also improve your grip strength because they engage your hand muscles. Incorporate your entire body using these!
